Center documentation images horizontally

Browse Source 
- Added display: block to .doc-content img
- Changed margin from '20px 0' to '20px auto' for horizontal centering
- Images now centered like their figcaptions
- Applies to all documentation screenshots (user-management.png, user-settings.png)
