Ivo Oskamp e932fdf30a Remove direct delete button, enforce preview step 
Removed 'Delete orphaned jobs' button from maintenance page to
enforce verification workflow. Users must now:
1. Click 'Preview orphaned jobs' to see the list
2. Verify which jobs will be deleted
3. Click 'Delete All' on the preview page

This prevents accidental deletion without verification.
